1. Enhanced Admin/User Web Portal
This user-friendly interface allows customers to log on and manage their accounts and also an array of value-added messaging services via the Web. 2. Call Waiting
This feature allows customers to receive a second call while they are already using the phone line. They can put the current call on hold and answer another incoming call. They have the option to go back to the previous call whenever they like.

3. Call Forwarding
This module enables customers to have calls forwarded to another number or branch extension. Calls can be forwarded under a specific condition, such as when an extension is busy or when calls are not answered. For example, if customers are expecting a call while they are out of the office, they can forward their calls to their cell phone.

4. Unconditonal Call Forwarding
This feature allows customers to forward or transfer their calls from their IP Phone to another IP Phone or even their home or cell phone number. Since this feature is an unconditional forward, calls will be forwarded to the destination in any circumstance.

5. Address Book
Customers can set up phone directory stored on the server and accessible through the web portal, direct to the number from the address book and direct SMS sending.

6. Three Way Call Conferencing
We offer conferencing services for businesses and residential customers. This feature is available to any SIP customer including SIP IP Phones and SIP PC2Phones.
Music on Hold
This feature allows service providers to play music, advertisements, or custom messages when calls are on hold. The prompts are fully customizable so providers can also use this feature to play marketing messages and news while clients wait to be attended.
Answering Rules
Customers can set up rules on how to answer calls depending on who is calling, the actions include directing to voicemail, forwarding to external numbers, music on waiting (alerting or call clock).
E-911 Emergency or Australia 000 or any other Emergency Number
This optional add-on module allows ADV customers to support emergency services E-911 or any other Emergency Number in countries where we have operations. We also support Australian 000 Emergency Number and other emergency Numbers.
